Meet the Saguaro Queen
I began this journey, 15 years ago here in my desert home of Arizona. It started with a dream to one day become a chef. After winning a scholarship through C-CAP (Careers through the Culinary Arts Program) a local non-profit, I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where I received my Bachelor’s in Culinary Science
After graduation, I moved back to my hot desert paradise, where I explored many different avenues of the food and beverage industry. My background ranges from roasting coffee, teaching cooking classes, and returning to restaurants cooking, achieving the titles of both Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef in multiple properties.
Now, I’m taking all of the lessons and experiences I’ve gained and ascending to my throne. What I hope to give you is food and experiences that make you feel like royalty!
